Only that in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is proclaimed; and in this I rejoice. Yes, and I will rejoice.  For I know that this will turn out for my deliverance through your prayers and the provision of the Spirit of Jesus Christ, according to my earnest expectation and hope, that I will not be put to shame in anything, but that with all boldness, Christ will even now, as always, be exalted in my body, whether by life or by death.  (Philippians 1:18-20)

A Benefit Concert Featuring

Homeward Bound

With Special Guest Josh Combs

Our benefit concert on Friday October 3, 2003, held at Faith Baptist Church in Waterford was a huge success.  With about 300 people in attendance, a blessed time was had by all.

A free-will love offering was taken, and a total of $3,800 was collected for ALS and Wes's family! Much to our surprise and delight, Pastor Jim Combs and the people of Faith Baptist Church paid all of Homeward Bound's honorarium, travel, lodging and meal expenses! Additionally, Homeward Bound donated 100% of the evening's T-Shirt, CD/Tape, and all other merchandise sales to Faithfully Forward. We learned a valuable lesson - no matter how much you do, you can never out-give GOD!
